Tonight, my older sister played a joke on me. She called me and said we went to Taipei tomorrow. She told me that she won the first prize of the lottery. Therefore, we had to go to Taipei and received the money. I believed what she said. However, she lied to me. She just won four hundreds dollars. I was such stupid that I believed this was true. I do really hope I could win the lottery, but it seems to be impossible because I am not a lucky winner.

"She called me and said we went to Taipei tomorrow." This surely is a joke: the language is senseless. How can you went somewhere tomorrow? You can only go (and you can say that), but a native speaker of English would say "we would {go / be going} to Taipei the next day".

"she had won" is correct.

"we had to go to Taipei and received the money" should be "we had to go to Taipei and {get / pick up} the money".

"She just won four hundreds dollars" should be "She had won only four hundred dollars".

"I was so stupid" is correct.

"I am not a lucky winner" doesn't mean what you think it means. It means that when you win, it's because you are good at what you win at. However, all lottery winners are "lucky to win" or "lucky because they won", but not necessarily "lucky winners". They could be real losers in real life. So it's best to say "but I'm not lucky".

If I was you, I'll never believe my sister when she told me that she won the first prize of the lottery. If she really won that, she will never told me.
