Smile
Smiling is important when we meet people who we have not known before. Also, it is that we give a good impression on someone. For example, my friends tell me that if I don't smile, I look like as if I am angry or look cool. But in fact, I am not angry or something. I feel that smiling can make me keep happy. And, it can get rid of my worry. It is said that smile loudly to the mirror when we get in in the morning will keep our mood feel good all day. So, I will try every day for making myself having a happy life.

Maybe that's why teacher "N" told us to smile more often. You really look great when smiling!
"It is said that smile loudly to the mirror when we get in in the morning" I'm not sure if we can use loudly to describe smiling, perhaps laugh can use in this way. By the way, is it "get up in the morning"? I think you are trying to say that.
I like people smiling though I don't know who they are.I think it is good to smile when meeting someone because it is a good manner.
"when we meet people who we have not known before." This is not idiomatic English. It should be "when we meet someone for the first time" or "when first meeting someone".
"Also, it is that we give a good impression on someone." There is no reason to say "also". This sentence gives a reason why it's important to smile: "A smile always makes a good first impression".
"But in fact, I am not angry or something." There must be times when you are angry. It's not normal to never be angry. But your friends are right that people who don't smile are usually thought to be angry or unfriendly or otherwise cool. Maybe this sentence can be reduced to a subordinate clause that can be added after "cool": ", even when I'm not".
Psychologists tell us that if you pretend to be happy, eventually you will fool yourself as well as those around you, so, yes, maybe smiling can make you keep happy.
I don't understand how smiling can get rid of your worries. Please explain this. I'm sure that everyone would love to know how to get rid of worries just by smiling. Or maybe only certain types of worries disappear?
"It is said that smile loudly to the mirror when we get in in the morning will keep our mood feel good all day." There are many problems here. It is said that 'one should smile loudly {in/at} the mirror when one gets up in the morning because it will make one feel good all day'" makes more sense.
You final sentence is not clear. What you probably mean is this: "So, I will try this every day and see if it helps me have a happier life". This sentence makes sense.
