I am so glad that tomorrow is a weekend. I can get together with my family after haven’t seen them for two weeks. Everytime when I go home, my mom will prepare a delicious dinner for me. My older sister will go shopping with me and treats me such as clothes or something. In my mind, I think my family is importance. They can give me advice when I have difficulty of making decision on anything, like which career road is suitable for me to choose. Besides, I feel warm when I am in Tainan because my parents will call me and concern about me. I am so lucky that I have such a nice family.

The structure you need for that second sentence is a bit tricky: "after not having seen them for two weeks" is what it should be.
"Every time I go home, my mom prepares" is correct.
"and treats me such as clothes or something" has no meaning in English. You want to say "and buys me clothes and other things".
"In my mind" is a useless and verbose statement. Of course your opinions are "in your mind". We all know this, so it's unnecessary to say it.
"my family is importance" is bad usage. You're using a noun, "importance", where an adjective, "important", is required. This is a common problem for Taiwanese.
"when I have difficulty of making decision on anything," should be "when I have difficulty making a decision about anything,".
"my parents will call me and concern about me." This is grammatically wrong. Maybe it should be "my parents will call me because they are concerned about me"?
