What I could do after I graduate from the college still confuse me a lot. Should I continue to study or find a regular job? However, it might be not an easy thing for me to have a job because I don't have any work experience. And, I also do not have any special skill. As for studying, in fact, I don't have power to study continually. Since I am tired of reading the books and just for because of the school exam. So, I am facing the dilemma of working or studying.

Verb-tense and mis-usage problems: "What I can do after I graduate from college still confuses me".
There's no need to say "regular job". There is, in fact, no such thing as a "regular job"; that's just an abstract notion that probably means a job working in an office for forty or forty-eight hours a week.
You should combine the next two reasons into a single sentence: "...I don't have any work experience or special skills".
"As for studying, in fact, I don't have power to study continually." This is a verbose structure. The first five words are unnecessary. Add simply this: "Nor am I interested in continuing to study".
"Since I am tired of reading the books and just for because of the school exam." This sentence fragment is no different from "Because I am tired of reading the books and just for because of the school exam." "Since" = "because". Don't ever use this structure again either, or your essay will get a zero. Just say "I'm tired of reading books and taking tests". See how simply and easily this can be expressed?
"and just for because of" is pure nonsense. How can you have written this kind of garbage English? You've never seen it anywhere before.
You have no dilemma. I doubt that you will get into any graduate program with your attitude, and even if you did, you'd find it expedient to drop out very quickly. Why waste your time and money doing something you are not interested in doing?
Complaining that you have neither work experience nor special skills is no different from saying to your conversation class teacher that you aren't speaking English in class because your English is poor. You can't possibly expect to get a high-level job anywhere doing anything if you've got no skills or experience. You will have to start out at the bottom, just like the rest of us did when we were youngsters.
You need to talk to someone who can help you change your negative attitude. Working is good for you, regardless of the job you do. It will teach you many things about the world, about other people, and about yourself and your own interests and abilities. Choose to get a job. You won't regret it.
