Exercise
It has been a long time that I haven't do exercise. Recently, my friends and I determine to do regular exercise two or three times a week. And we did really did it this week. We played basketball from 9:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. After taking exciting exercise and taking a bath, I felt so comfortable that I fell asleep easily and slept well all night. Taking exercise not only help my sleep but also keep my body in a good condition. Now, I play balls with my friends instead of playing cards in my friend's room. So, why not stand up and take exercise right now?
